When people see Pitstop Boys, they usually see clean vehicles, premium work, and a finished result. Tristan sees something different. He sees the people behind it.
What started as a mobile detailing operation eventually evolved into a premium automotive care facility built around quality, protection, and craftsmanship. From the beginning, his goal was never simply to create another detailing company. He wanted to create something people genuinely wanted to be part of, both for clients and for the team behind it.
Winning first place at Algonquin College's Wolves Den was an early sign that the vision had potential, but Tristan would tell you that assembling the right team became the bigger achievement. His focus was creating an environment where people felt valued, where quality wasn't negotiable, and where everyone could continue growing together.
That mindset helped transform Pitstop Boys from a small operation into a recognized premium automotive brand. Today, while continuing to grow the Ottawa operation, Tristan is also developing Pitstop Boys in Arizona, bringing the same standards, culture, and premium experience to a new market.
Every member of the team brings different strengths and backgrounds, and creating an environment where people can challenge, support, and push one another has become a major part of the culture. Tristan firmly believes that if you surround yourself with great people, everything else follows.
Outside of business, he has always had a passion for anything fast, anything with an engine, and finding ways to improve the things around him.
