Pitstop Boys Terms of Service

Certain services, including paint protection film (PPF), window tint, vinyl wrap, and other specialty services, may require materials to be ordered, allocated, cut, or otherwise prepared specifically for the client's vehicle. Once these costs have been incurred, the portion of the deposit required to cover those materials and related costs may be non-refundable, regardless of when the appointment is cancelled.

Where possible, a deposit retained due to a rescheduling request may be transferred to a new appointment at the discretion of Pitstop Boys Inc.

No-shows and same-day cancellations may result in forfeiture of the full deposit.

Any applicable deposit amount and booking conditions will be disclosed before payment is collected. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to consumers under applicable Ontario law.

Pitstop Boys Inc. accepts payment via Helcim, Square, e-transfer, and in-person payment terminals. Invoices are issued through our customer management system. Payment is due as outlined on your invoice.

Pitstop Boys Inc. takes care in handling all vehicles. However, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pitstop Boys Inc. shall not be liable for any pre-existing conditions, damage arising from undisclosed defects, or incidental or consequential damages arising from the provision of services.

Customers are encouraged to disclose any known vehicle sensitivities, defects, or conditions prior to service. Pitstop Boys Inc. reserves the right to document the pre-service condition of any vehicle.

By providing your contact information, you agree that Pitstop Boys Inc. may contact you by phone, email, or SMS regarding your inquiry, quote request, booking, appointment, or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Pitstop Boys Inc. may photograph or record vehicles before, during, or after services for quality control, documentation, training, website content, social media, portfolio use, and marketing purposes. Pitstop Boys Inc. makes reasonable efforts not to intentionally disclose sensitive personal information through published content.

Customers may access account functionality through our customer management and booking systems, including the ability to view appointments, access invoices and estimates, communicate about services, and manage account information. Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and must notify Pitstop Boys Inc. of any suspected unauthorized account activity.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Pitstop Boys Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ottawa, Ontario.

Pitstop Boys Inc. reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website or services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
