His background spans nearly every corner of the automotive world, from precision film installation and custom fabrication to electronics and vehicle aesthetics. Decades spent building, modifying, and refining vehicles taught him that the smallest details are often what separate something that simply looks good from something exceptional. That background allows him to approach every project with confidence, patience, and a deeper understanding of how everything works together.

His passion for vehicles began through modifying and transforming them into something unique. To Paulo, cars have always represented a balance between function, creativity, and craftsmanship.

At Pitstop Boys, Paulo brings more than just skill to the team. He brings perspective. Whether he's helping solve a difficult challenge, sharing techniques, or offering insight from years of hands-on experience, his presence naturally helps raise the level of everyone around him.

He joined Pitstop Boys because he wanted to bring a lifetime of knowledge into an environment where people genuinely care about quality and continue pushing each other to improve.

Most importantly, he approaches every vehicle with the same mindset: treat it as if it were his own. For Paulo, it has never simply been about completing a job. It's about creating something he's proud to put his name behind.

Outside of work, Paulo enjoys adventure motorcycling, overlanding, and sim racing. His passion for vehicles doesn't stop when he leaves the shop. He's usually still finding a way to be behind the wheel or planning the next adventure.
