PL is known as the true jack of all trades around Pitstop Boys. His approach is simple: maintain a good atmosphere, communicate clearly, and support the people around him. He believes that when the team environment is strong, the quality of the work naturally follows.

As Shop Manager, he somehow manages to have a hand in almost every part of the operation. One minute he's assisting with a PPF installation, the next he's discussing a project with a client, organizing workflow, jumping into paint correction or coatings, or making sure the team has everything they need to keep moving. With over ten years of experience, PL brings  combination of technical ability, leadership, and customer service that helps connect every part of the shop. 

Before entering the automotive industry full-time, PL worked as a probation officer before eventually following his passion and opening his own detailing business.. Easy-going by nature but serious about quality, he helps create an environment where people feel supported while still maintaining high standards. 

Growing up around four wheelers, snowmobiles, wrenching on projects with his dad, and playing games like Need for Speed and Forza helped spark his passion for vehicles early on.

He joined Pitstop Boys because of the people. Having worked with Tristan while operating his own business, he already knew the culture being built and wanted to be part of what he calls the dream team. 

Outside of work, you'll find him spending time with family and friends, sim racing, or out on the water and trails depending on the season.
