Mike might officially be a detailing technician, but around Pitstop Boys his job description changes almost hourly.

Although he specializes in detailing, exterior washes, and vehicle prep work, his role tends to extend far beyond that. He's known as the first person willing to jump in and help, whether it's giving a teammate a hand, fixing something around the shop, or taking on whatever challenge happens to show up that day.

Before entering the automotive industry, Mike spent time working in restaurants while attending university, building a strong work ethic and learning how to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments.

His love for vehicles started much earlier though. Long before real cars entered the picture, Hot Wheels were taking over floors and quietly creating the beginning of a passion that eventually followed him into the automotive world.

Mike joined Pitstop Boys because of the atmosphere, the people, and the reputation. He jokes that he joined because he was broke, but the reality is he saw a team he genuinely wanted to be part of and a place where he could continue learning and growing.

Around the shop, he brings a younger energy to the team and somehow always seems to know the newest slang, trends, or random words that nobody else has heard before. Some understand it, some pretend to understand it, and some have given up trying.

Outside of work you'll usually find him spending time with friends, working on 3D printing projects, or taking things apart and fixing them simply because he enjoys figuring out how they work.
